Planning application to demolish Tesco Buidling, Dean Street has been submitted

If you have concerns about the loss of the Tesco from Soho or other parts of the scheme then contact Westminster's planning department and let them know.  The reference is 23/00484/FULL.

If approved the new building will only have 35% of the square footage of the existing for retail use at ground floor.
