Jeff Hines is the firm’s Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He leads Hines’ Executive Committee. He also sits on the firm’s Investment Committee. As owner, Chairman and Co-CEO, he is responsible for overseeing all firm policies and procedures as well as day-to-day operations. He became president in 1990 and has overseen a major expansion of the firm's personnel, financial resources, domestic and foreign market penetration, and products and services. He has led the development of the firm's domestic and international acquisition program and currently oversees a portfolio of US$90.3 billion of assets under management.
