Petition updateSociety need stop Discriminate victim of domestic violence Abuse in family courtPetition Update: Why Transparency Matters

This petition exists because abuse does not always happen in public—it happens behind closed doors, and too often inside family court systems that reward appearances over truth.

Society is taught to judge people by reputation:

“He’s a good man.”

“He’s a good father.”

But reputations are easy to manage when records are sealed and victims are punished for speaking out.

I am speaking out because silence protects the wrong people.

When a parent lies, cheats, manipulates the court system, and uses accusations to destroy the other parent—especially the mother of their children—that behavior should not be hidden. It should not be rewarded with employment, authority, or trust.

Our laws and institutions must shine light where abuse hides:

Behind closed doors

Behind sealed family court records

Behind false narratives that make victims look unstable and abusers look respectable

This petition calls for transparency, accountability, and reform—not vengeance.

It is about protecting children, recognizing patterns of abuse, and ensuring that truth matters more than image.

Facts do not disappear because they are uncomfortable.

Truth does not need permission to exist.

Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, and supported this petition.

Your voices help ensure that silence no longer shields abuse—and that truth is no longer punished.

Please continue to share.

Awareness is the first step toward change
