The family court system is failing disabled parents and survivors of domestic violence. Too many of us cannot access legal help because services are based only on income, and those who are not extremely poor are left without a voice.

Family court should protect children and seek truth, but instead it too often rewards the parent with more money, more resources, or a better public image. False allegations go unchallenged, evidence is ignored, and judges frequently rely on unverified statements rather than facts.

Loving parents lose their children while abusive individuals misuse the system to gain power and control. This nightmare destroys families and causes victims to miss birthdays, holidays, and important milestones.

We petition for urgent reform. Family court must be held accountable to truth, fairness, and the safety of children—not to wealth, status, or attorney influence.
