The cost of living adjustment (COLA) defines how much social security benefit increases recipients will receive each year due to rising inflation costs.  Inflation costs are always higher than the calculated COLA, resulting in the retired, disabled and survivor beneficiaries having less money each year, unfortunately reducing their standard of living.  Since the COLA calculations have been altered to capture inaccurate inflation figures, thereby reducing the amount the Federal Government must pay to its beneficiaries; we assert a claim of fraud in a class action setting.  The calculation practices of the Federal Government are intentionally deceptive, and are therefore fraudulent.
