We ask that Snowbird and all POWDR resorts immediately do away with their “Fast Tracks Pass”.Snowbird operates a ski area on public lands, via a US Forest Service Special Permit, and as such, the public deserves fair and equitable access to those lands. Given serious concerns this policy raises about fair and equitable access to the public lands on which Snowbird operates.

Snow sports are already expensive enough that equity issues are persistent - something Fast Tracks only makes worse. Snowbird should not be giving preferential access to the wealthy on public lands owned by every American.

We demand that Snowbird and all POWDR resorts stop their proposed use of Fast Tracks and recognize the mistake they have made to their pass holders and the skiing public.
