N'hésitez pas à partager la pétition au sein de votre entourage pour que Neko ne soit pas mort pour rien.
Il est urgent que la SNCF mette en place une procédure visant à sauvegarder l'intégrité et la vie d'un animal dans la même posture dans laquelle Neko s'est retrouvée.
Des agents SNCF affirment avoir été face au même cas de figure, et attestent avoir pu agir pour permettre à un animal réfugié sous un train ou sur les voies de s'en sortir sain et sauf.
Pourquoi, selon les déclarations de Georgia et de sa fille, les chefs de bord du TGV 8551 du lundi 2 janvier 2023 n'ont pas daigné ne serait-ce que d'essayer de permettre le sauvetage de Neko ?
Le discours hallucinant tenu par les trois représentants de la SNCF assurant ce TGV 8551, et bien plus encore parmi le personnel de la gare de Montparnasse, traduit-il un manque de formation, ou d'évolution des mentalités sur la cause animale ?
Vous pouvez envoyer un mail de soutien, d'empathie à Georgia et sa fille (adresse mail ci-dessous) Nous assurons le tri des mails, et transférons, vers la boite mail de Georgia, uniquement les mails bienveillants. Nous avons déjà reçu une vingtaine de mails et nous remercions les personnes bienveillantes.
En revanche, carton rouge aux agents SNCF qui, à l'aide de leur adresse mail professionnelle, envoient des propos ignobles ! Faut-il dénoncer cette mentalité incompréhensible émanant de personnes qui ont un devoir de déontologie dans le cadre d'une affaire qui concerne leur direction et pour laquelle une plainte est ouverte ?
Cette attitude nuance avec l'opinion d'une majorité de cheminots, condamnant fermement les faits et terriblement outrés par ce qui est arrivé à Neko le 2 janvier 2023 à Paris Montparnasse. Ne mettons pas tous les cheminots dans le même sac !

A big thank you for the overwhelming support from the more than 60 000 of you who joined our cause. Your concern, comments, emails and messages have surpassed our greatest expectations.
Do not hesitate to share our petition with your friends, family and coworkers. Neko’s death should not remain in vain.
The time has come for SNCF railways to implement clear animal welfare procedures, including training, research and advice for their personnel, in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our pet passengers. Making sure what happened to Neko never happens again.
Several SNCF railway employees we contacted stated they had witnessed and assisted pets seeking refuge under a train or on the tracks in the past. They confirmed having succeeded in rescuing the animals alive and well.
So why did the train staff on board TGV train 8551 on 2 January 2023 allegedly refuse to even try to save Neko? Do the words and actions of three crew members and of the Montparnasse train station staff stem from a lack of training, or do they represent a disregard for animal rights on behalf of the SNCF?

A word of warning to the SNCF employees who sent shameful messages from their work email addresses. Given the situation whereby your employer’s management and policies are currently under scrutiny, we will not hesitate to inform the concerned parties of your conduct.
Your comments are in stark contrast to the opinions voiced by the majority of the railway employees who spoke with us, who condemn and are outraged by the events that led to Neko’s untimely death on 2 January 2023 in the Paris Montparnasse train station. Not all rail workers are the same.
