Le problème

We, international fans, are deeply disappointed and frustrated by the sudden venue change for the upcoming SMTOWN concert scheduled in London the 28th of June 2025.

Originally set to take place in a stadium with a capacity of 80,000, the concert has now been moved to an indoor arena with only 20,000 seats – just one month before the event. This drastic change has significant financial and logistical consequences for ticket holders, especially international fans who made plans based on the original venue.

We are demanding a partial refund or compensation for affected fans due to the following reasons:

🛌 Hotel Bookings Lost: Many fans booked non-refundable accommodations near the stadium. The new venue is far from the original location, forcing us to pay for new hotels at higher prices — and lose money on the original bookings.

🎟️ Overpriced Tickets for a Smaller Venue: We paid stadium-level prices for an experience that no longer reflects the value promised. Especially for VIP or VVIP ticket holders who expected front-row access in a stadium — these same tickets will not guarantee comparable placement in a much smaller venue.

Downgraded Seating & Uncertainty: With the reduced capacity, ticket placements and sections will be reallocated. Even though the promoters guarantee we will have similar seats, is it truly possible for them to relocate everybody to the original seat they paid for when the venue will be much more smaller ?

What We’re Asking:

We demand a fair partial refund or compensation for:

  •  Fans whose seats and sections will be unfairly downgraded
  •  VIP and VVIP ticket holders whose experience might not be premium as it was supposed to be
  • Those who have suffered financial loss due to non-refundable booking

--- To the organizers and management:

We love and support the artists. But fans should not have to bear the full cost of logistical failures or last-minute changes out of their control.

A stadium concert is not equivalent to an indoor arena performance, and charging the same price for a downgraded experience is simply not fair.

K-pop fans are always thrilled to attend events that bring us closer to the artists we love. We travel across countries, invest time, money, and emotion to be part of these unforgettable experiences.

But here, we aren't being treated as valued supporters. Our passion should never be mistaken for blind acceptance — we deserve fairness and respect.

Please listen to your fans and show respect for our loyalty and investment.

SM ENTERTAIMENT, AXS, KONNE, FRONTROW ->We call on you to offer fair compensation.

We will not stay silent. We will stand together and fight until we receive the fair treatment and compensation that every fan deserves.
