Thank you for your enthusiasm for the idea of more equal parental leave policies in organizations in India! As I mentioned in the last update, we are working on a survey to better understand what you - the working women and men of India - are looking for, when it comes to paternity leave and parenting related policies and laws. 

It is your chance to contribute to enhancing our understanding and awareness, and in the future, crafting laws and/or policies that work for YOU!

So - what's on your mind? What would you like to understand better about paternity leave in India? Maybe it is greater insight into WHY people would like better leave policies, or maybe you want to know HOW MUCH leave people think is adequate, or what are people willing to change in their current lives to make things better in the future...
