November is National Asbestos Awareness month.

According to a variety of studies, cigarette smokers who are exposed to asbestos are about 50 – 84 times more likely to develop asbestos-related lung cancer.

Just like inhaling invisible asbestos fibres from a building site, inhaling 2nd hand smoke also impacts our health in a similar fashion in that is not known until many years later.

Another reason to be aware and mindful each and every time you walk through cigarette smoke.
