Declared non-quorum on Board Elections before the election date?

Greenmist has declared a lack of quorum and postponed the elections without further explanation and no new election date. Where did they base the lack of quorum? Shouldn't the lack of quorum be declared on the election date? How about those that flew in from overseas just to practice their rights to vote? Shouldn't we pursue the election next weekend or so? Shouldn't all policies be on hold until the incoming Board of Trustees take their positions? Please proceed to the Sea Residence function room on Saturday, 8am for attendance check.
