The Issue

We the residents of Whitehall Borough, as a matter of public safety, officially petition the Borough Council of Whitehall in conjunction with Allegheny County, to reduce the speed limit on Provost Road between Whitehall Circle and Barlind Road from 35MPH to 25MPH with "Strictly Enforced" signs. This petition is being generated by the residents due to the recent and reoccurring accidents at the big bend on Provost Road.

Enough is Enough!

In addition, a formal request for the borough to purchase and install electronic speed sensor signs, similar to the ones installed at 4600 block of Brownsville Road. (Also, a county road!)
