*Mark Raaka, the current director of the Skagit EMS office has shown a complete disregard for input from the Paramedics that provide care to the citizens of Skagit County. 

*Mark Raaka has mismanaged tax dollars collected from Skagit County citizens to buy unnecessary items that the EMS levy was not intended to pay for.
