Act Now Your Voice is Needed

Greetings My Fellow Black Alums Please be aware that I have produced a 19 page transcript from the audio recording of our 2015 BAG General meeting. It was during this meeting that you were promised that the newly revised By-Laws would be ratified and in place by our 2017 BAG General meeting. I'm delivering on that promise. Now it's your opportunity and your right as an active BAG member to vote and ratify our By-Laws. Please renew or pay your annual Membership dues of $40 by calling the Alumni Association office at (618) 453-2408; Your BAG dues will allow the BAG organization to contribute funds to the SBUE (Support Black Undergraduate Education) account in order for us to provide scholarship dollars to our college students as well as provide bi-annual book scholarships. If you are a life member or your membership is currently active, then you should have already received a BAG By-Laws Ballot in your email. Check your junk mail box and/or call the Alumni office at (618) 453-2408 to request a ballot. Finally, every active BAG member will have a voice in our organization and how we move forward to carry out the purpose (mission statement) that our founders intended for our organization.
