21yo unarmed Lakota man gunned down by Sioux Falls Police Department. Shot with his hands up, and when he was down on his back they continued to shoot at him, 20+ times. They claim Jacob James was armed and while on the ground was shooting at them (SFPD, DTF), also they claim to render him aide while there is bystander video proving he did not have a weapon, had his hands up, was not shooting while on the ground and proves they did not render him aide instead they roll his lifeless body and hand cuff him on the evening of August 9th 2022.
