As of 12 May, home-based f&b businesses are allowed to continue operations as long as they comply with safety management measures, which can be read on the HDB website: https://www.hdb.gov.sg/cs/infoweb/residential/living-in-an-hdb-flat/home-business We are happy for the small home-based business owners who are able to continue their operations and hope that everyone continues staying safe.
