Day 14: 1,763 signed. Let’s continue to push this and get more likeminded peeps to share and sign this petition. Over the past few days, there was a lingering thought: We have people whose job was to protect our environment and more importantly are the ones with the power/authority to sign off laws/rules to protect our environment (such as this) and yet didn’t seem to do so when they were in office. My question is: If these people who had the power to do so, didn’t do it, who else could do it? Anyway the past is the past (and this is not meant to be a political attack, we just want to save our environment) we can only look forward and hope that the new person in charge can do something while he/she is in office and not let something so important slip.
For now, I sincerely hope that we can gather a large enough supporters and signees so that we can our cause to the next person in charge and hopefully he/she puts this to action ASAP. We will do our part as concerned citizens and get more signatures and hope that the next person in charge can do something about this. Right now this is the preparation work. Let’s continue to push.
