Day 10: 1,462 signed supporters and I just saw the report from Blloomberg about removing Singapore from the list. Firstly, good to hear that we are taken off the list. However, I still think this shouldn’t detract us from doing what’s right (and is achievable in our country, just look at our neighbours like Hong Kong and Thailand), and that is to ask the Singapore government to consider banning single use plastic and styrofoam from supermarkets and eateries. Let’s do this, this year coz like what one of our supporters rightly said “I love my one and only earth. Protect it.” (Anna Ong)

Lastly do join our Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/715722529189875/?ref=share and share ideas on how we can get our government to action on this sooner than later. Let’s not be the last country in the world to do this.
