Touhy Health Center, Chicago's only refugee health clinic, is set to close on December 31st, 2018.  This clinic has served hundreds of thousands of refugees since the 1970's, coming from Somalia, Tibet, Russia, Rwanda, Myanmar, and more.  Touhy Clinic offers a cooperative model of patients working to welcome other patients, and offers services in dozens of languages.  Patients come across Chicago for mandatory health screening, primary care, and disease management.  The clinic also houses the only psychiatrist accepting public aid north of the Loop.  Please show your support of the clinic's good work to decision makers at Sinai Health System and our local politicians.
