After 15 months of us banging the drum the Simsbury Ambulance Board has finally stated to the Board of Selectman that the data DOES support a 2nd ambulance for Simsbury from 7am to 7pm.  Yesterday the Executive Director of the SVAA confirmed to the Public Safety Subcommittee that the data DOES support a 2nd ambulance from 7am to 7pm.  We'll need to hold them to it going forward.

This will make the difference between life and death, and between permanent injury and treatable injury for you and your families.  That is a Big deal.  We began this process hearing the claim way too many times that the data does not support  a 2nd ambulance.  We persevered.  Victory snatched from the jaws of defeat for Simsbury residents.
