Hello and Happy New Year! We've had great forward motion, but there is some concern from the Historic Tax Credit Folks about the ongoing water damage and litigation at the Strand. In an effort not to see this amazing opportunity waylaid, we are asking the community to contact our City Council members to ask for their support in encouraging the Lambertville Building Department to enforce known violations that are having a dramatic effect on our ability to move forward.
