A HUGE thank you to the 1,108 of you who signed, shared, and cared enough to help make a little noise.  We have made it through the first 3 out of 4 milestones for the Historic Tax Credit! This is pretty darn great. The last milestone is currently in review.  As many of you know, we are still navigating the complexities of a law suit that was filed by a neighbor for adverse possession of the jointly owned alleyway between our buildings.  This suit affects our ability to access and maintain parts of the old Strand Theatre, which has ongoing water damage along the entire eastern side of the building. The damage is easy to stop and repair, but the legal bills required to secure our access and ability to maintain and use the alleyway, are very difficult to manage.  It took 1.5 years to get this project fully approved by all governing bodies. It has taken another 1.5 years and many resources to defend this law suit, and we hope it will be resolved soon. We are doing our best to keep this dream alive and moving forward.  Thank you to all of you who have offered support in so many ways! It means so much.  Together, we're getting there.
