Proposal

This revised proposal seeks to permit a mixed-use development ("Rail Deck Development") above the rail corridor between Blue Jays Way and Bathurst Street. The proposal includes 9 buildings ranging in height from 36 to 72 storeys, a new City Park, childcare facilities, office space, retail space, a hotel and residential units.
