Join a Toronto Community Consultation Meeting to learn more about and provide feedback on the proposed application to permit a mixed-use development ("Rail Deck District") above the rail corridor between Bathurst Street and Blue Jays Way (595 Front Street West). This location is where the City of Toronto has proposed building a 21-acre stretch of parkland (“Rail Deck Park”).
This public consultation is a great opportunity to get involved and convey your preference to Save Toronto’s Rail Deck Park.
The Rail Deck District mixed-use development proposal now includes 9 buildings ranging in height from 20 to 65 storeys, a new 2.5-acre City Park, three daycare facilities, a community hub, office space, retail space, a hotel and 6,126 residential units. For further information on the application, visit the Application Information Centre at: https://www.toronto.ca/RailDeckDistrict.
