Good Evening Loved Ones, 

I recently received a call from Mr. Williams with an update for you all. Please continue to share this petition, because the fight is not over!

• Under the judge's last resentencing, Mr. Williams should have been back to his family and community. His freedom is withheld, and although he IS eligible for early release via Prop 57, CDCR is not granting what Mr. Williams is entitled to - HIS RIGHTS.
• Mr. William's latest resentencing is still not finalized and has no clearly outlined timeline or communication from anyone to get it resolved. He has consistently reached out to ALL of the necessary CDCR departments for an explanation and to have this corrected, with no response besides redirecting him to someone or somewhere else to deal with.
• His loved ones have also been presented with the same barriers when they reach out to the necessary departments involved - no response or redirected. 
• To current, he still has not been allowed to receive the educational and good time credits that he is entitled to.

MOST RECENTLY, MR. WILLIAMS FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE WARDEN. IN RESPONSE TO THAT WRITE-UP, CDCR IMMEDIATELY TRANSFERRED MR. WILLIAMS TO ANOTHER PRISON without addressing anything.

How can he even BEGIN his journey home when he is being DEPRIVED of all his RIGHTS?
