I thought I updated in March, but I do not see it.  So in late Feb the principal of the school instructed the "bad teacher" to go into the cafeteria breaking the safety plan for the boys. The teacher did not second guess it and went in, well aware she should not be in there.  My son filed a JII (formal safety complaint) on that and it should have been passed above the principal, per the policy, for investigating, but she herself is doing it.  Due to this incident and them breaking the safety plan willfully all three boys now have no contact orders of protection against said "bad teacher." (This platform does not like names being called out) One of the boys has left the school, one will be moving, and my son, he wants to stay for math club next year, but we are looking into other options.

Last week the safety plans and orders of protection were both broken.  Unfortunately, we only found out after the fact so the non emergency police were notified, but I don't believe the Phoenix police have been out to the campus, which is frustrating.

Yesterday, I had my third meeting with the principal since last Wednesday.  She somehow feels she is taking the safety plans and orders of protection seriously; however, the teacher remains in the classroom next door to the boys, and the teacher herself, directed the plans to be broken.  I was able to call her out on MANY instances where she has not been acting in good faith and down right lying to us.

We will be starting to post receipts of emails and lack of follow through, detailed notes of conversations, policies and procedures that are regularly being broken through FB and TIKTOK. PDSD needs leadership that will put student safety first.

When I spoke out publicly and posted my son's note on FB and on here, I knew the teacher might turn attention to my son.  What I miscalculated was the level of we don't care from PDSD's administration.

I almost forgot!  OCR has two separate investigations, the AZ Dept of Education and Disability law also are investigating.  We are also seeking assistance from an attorney due to new precedence set by the Supreme Court.
