Yesterday, I received a response to the JII complaint confirming they forgot to update us that the investigation was complete.  The extent of discipline seems to be the safety plans for the three students and that the teacher has to follow them.  Other than that, we don't know any other actions taken.  We are again still waiting for OCR, AZ disability Law and Arizona department of education to complete their investigations.  We will continue to update as we know more.  

We are also collecting signed affidavits (preferably notarized) of anyone who has brought a complaint against this teacher to the school's administration.  This is helping with her claim (via the lawyer's letter) that she has not been accused or reprimanded in her 36 years of teaching.  While we don't know her reprimand history, we do know former staff and students have reported her on many occasions. 

We are continuing to raise funds for lawyer consultations, and possibility of litigation on the go fund me.
