We are just over the three-month mark from when the teacher first stormed into the classroom and chastised Caden for behaviors and sounds he could not control or hear.  What has been done by the school? We don't know.  The school has taken no obvious steps to reprimanding or firing Kari.  And no formal response to the formal JII complaint filed on Nov 28th. 

The newest change...  In an effort to take no responsibility for her actions, the offending teacher decided to send a letter from her lawyer to us parents speaking out and the classroom teacher for reporting her. In it she claims we are defaming her character.  Thankfully for us, she doesn't have a leg to stand on as we can support all the statements we have made.  However, if she chooses to move forward, it could become expensive.  In which we would refer people back to the Go Fund me

We are continuing to await results from the MANY complaints filed with the school, the AZ Department of Education, AZ Disability offices as well as OCR.  I am in the process of a new complaint to the AZ Dept of Ed because so much has happened since the original was filed by Caden's dad.  (The continued taunting, safety plans and being ignored by the school.)  Eric's safety plan has been broken on a few occasions, with minimal responsibility taken by the school.  I am not for certain on the other two safety plans.
