Guys...as you are well aware, LadyBiker Carol Ian and her mom were arbitrarily arrested yesterday by cops who were on a botched witch hunt. When they failed to find anything meaningful at her home despite raiding them impromptu without any court orders or search warrants, they arrested and arraigned them in court accusing them of threatening, attacking, injuring several Police officers and obstruction. Most of the activities of the incident were live on Facebook so you know that whatever they've been charged with is clearly malicious. Her innocent mother who was on her way to their farm with her farm implements including her blunt panga used for weeding was also taken in.
The two were arraigned in court this morning and as expected, their plea of not guilty was met with cash bail options of 300k for Carol and 100k for her mom. That's 400k and their, failure to raise it guarantees lock up in remand at the King'ong'o prison. Carol has been a great member of our community, having helped hundreds of members here and she's deserving of our intervention. She's not in a position to raise the 400k at the moment. Can we please help her out?
