Yesterday - the day before the black bear hunt opened in parts of the Great Bear Rainforest in British Columbia - media reported representatives from Air Canada and WestJet refuse to ban the transport of Canadian 'trophy' animals. Good news for hunters, bad news for black bears. Today and onwards, black bears, along with a host of other Canadian wildlife, will be hunted and killed for sport. In the meantime, Air Canada and WestJet will happily be transporting their remains out of the country. We won't stand for it. Please share this petition with your friends, families, and colleagues.
