Good News. 
It took a while for the Tamil Judgement to be translated.

Essentially, the entire premises were awarded to the original family, who after all purchased, developed, and paid for everything.
An order was given, that the fraudulent petitioners (and their partners-in-crime) are NOT permitted to enter or disturb the peace with immediate effect.
Obviously, and that was our hope and our intention all along:
The old family, in possession ever since the 1980's will NOT permit any high rise development.
So this update is to inform you, our supporters.
And of course to thank you:

There is a reference to a possible "Eviction" procedure. But again:
Rest assured. None of our highly qualified, well read legal advisers feel that the other side got even the slightest chance to succeed.
There are laws, like rights of possession, a 99 Year lease under Commonwealth law, as well as marriage and mutual binding UK/EU/ Sri Lankan divorce proceedings. International law, - often unknown to ultra Nationalists  here - stands higher than any local rule.
The latter is fundamental to various bilateral, mainly BoI -  Sri Lankan Trade agreements. The purpose being to safeguard foreign investors under a system called : BIT (Google it!)

Deutsche Bank knows all about that; they won a case against SL.
