Possession order in favour of Siam View granted

The case against the old, original Family and our long established B.o.I, approved Company - Siam View Projects (Pvt.) Ltd. - was dismissed by the Hon. Judge today.
Full possession was granted to the proper, original owners of the property.
However, this might be just the first of perhaps many more proceedings.
