The Petitioners were duly present, incl. a Mr. Nowshad.
The Respondent had notified the Court of absence due to commitments, such as Embassy Functions, Investor's Forums and Ms. Somlak is taking care of the young daughter. Who sadly had to be taken abroad for her own protection from the fraudsters & land grabbers behaviour.
Separate cases and investigations are slowly showing results.
We are happy to report that the fraud conspirators are being questioned:
"Please explain how you ended up with land deeds - from whom did you buy the land, buildings? And how much did you pay for it?"
(We know the answer: ZERO Rupees. Only fiddled documents)
There is no doubt at all, that the only one who paid for it, who constructed and maintained the Old Siam View is the Respondent.
And once we have the full picture, an update will be published.
