If you live in or near Painesville, Ohio you might have made a stop at the Painesville Burger King looking for a delicious whopper or some fresh onion rings. But if you have gone to THIS Burger king, you know this isn't the case. "This" is the worst place on earth. The building is falling apart, the pot holes in the drive though will break your suspension. The menu is always set for breakfast. Everything is nasty. And that is just the outside of the building. The staff is by far the worst staff I have ever experienced. They won't take your order and make you wait forever. I have pulled up to the Window and they see you. But just ignore you. Once you pull in the drive thru you are literally stuck there for at least a half hour with no way to get out. They take at least 5-10 minutes per car on Purpose if you are lucky. They give you the wrong order on purpose knowing you won't wait in the drive through for another half hour to get the right order, and if you do, they will give you the wrong order again. There has been cases of people saying they put foot lettuce on the burgers, day old onion rings and smear mustard on the wrapper knowing it will get on the customers hands. They often will be open with the light on, but no cars in sight or employees in the store. It has a very omminous feeling. They keep the doors locked so no one can come in and don't answer the phone ever. They take lunch breaks and make the customer wait until they are done to take orders ( I've never seen a fast food restautant ever do that.) This place is a stain on the community and needs to be shut down for if not customer service issues, at least health reasons. I'm pretty sure Covid 19 originated from this store. If you have been there, you know what I mean. Please stay away from this place and sign this petition.
