A fortnight since the ordeal began

The right to breathe fresh air
The right to be free
The right to live without fear
The right to feel the warmth of the rising sun
The right to have a stomach full meal and clean drinking water
The right to feel the gift called life
The right to life with Dignity
The right to be respected for who they are
Martha, Kalindi and Ujjwala were denied all of that and made to die a dog's death at the hands of Vishal, the medical foster.
It's day 14 since the news first came that Kalindi ran away. In hindsight, I realise she would have gravely hurt herself when she jumped from the terrace, that is where Vishal kept them, in gross breach of trust. Her stitches would have opened. She wouldn't have survived.
Kalindi, Martha, Ujjwala, Maa and me await justice as do their respective packs that have been ruined.
Necessity is the mother of invention, since there is no advocate here, I have drafted a rough legal notice myself.
No word from the police yet.
