Good afternoon everyone,
At 8 AM on Monday morning, Geralyn’s home was officially raided. Authorities discovered 40 cats and 7 dogs, who were immediately removed and are now receiving care and evaluation.
I know many of you have been anxiously waiting for an update. I’ve seen what’s been happening and, like so many of you, I’ve been heartbroken. Although I am still waiting for the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s Office (HCPO) to release an official statement—because the truth and accuracy matter, I can tell you: the animals are safe.
This petition started as a way to raise awareness, but the real heroes are those who stepped in to make this rescue happen. A huge thank you to Hunterdon and Somerset County law enforcement for making sure these cats and dogs were no longer left to suffer. I also want to recognize the incredible organizations who immediately opened their hearts and doors to provide care and safety:

You—every single person who signed, shared, and spoke up, proved this true. Your voices made sure this couldn’t be ignored. That pressure mattered.
Most importantly: the animals are safe. They’re no longer hidden away in silence. They now have a real chance at healthy, loving lives. Our work is far from over; these shelters are now in need of a lot of help and supplies to ensure these babies can be taken care of. If you would like to help, please volunteer your time at one of the shelters listed above. Please consider donating supplies or funds to help with the cost of care for these babies, it will be a long road to recovery for them. Every single bit makes a difference.
