Thanks to your effort, over 3000 people showed up at the manifestation to strike and protest against the upcoming budget cuts. The executive board was reminded of their duties and, together with national politicians, vowed their opposition to these cuts. 

However, the fight can not be left to them and is not yet over for you until the Senate (Eerste Kamer) votes against these budget cuts. To make sure they do, the relay strike continues in Utrecht (March 11th), Nijmegen (March 13th), Amsterdam (March 17th), Groningen (March 18th) and Enschede (March 25th).
