Chris Chan is a delusional criminal who raped his elderly mother, went to jail for over a year and still denies raping his dementia ridden mother after being released, claiming he went to jail "for our sins"(He now thinks he is Jesus Christ reincarnated). Chris has repeatedly shown through his actions and words that he has no idea how to handle money or manage his own finances.  Too lazy to work, he refuses to make or follow any type of budget or financial plan, instead spending far beyond his means, and expecting others to pay off his accumulated debt for him. This means any money spent on him will go to impulse purchases and other frivolities. Not to mention the only reason he was bonded out was due to a legal technicality, as well as the fact that he could very well commit another felony if the opportunity arises, not to mention  that most of the items are overpriced and poor quality, in addition to any money spent on them going to a known sex offender so he can be free from the consequences of any other crimes he may commit. He is also a repeat offender, having committed an anti semitic hate crime in 2011 and pepper spraying a Gamestop employee during boxing day 2014 over Sonic's arms being blue in Sonic boom.
