RERA likely in Maharashtra by 1 May 2017

Dear All, We have hit 199 signatures. Thanks to each one of you. Please read the Times of India Article. Now the Maharashtra Goverment has said they will not dilute the RERA Act. But let us continue being vigilant and keep the pressure on the Real Estate MAFIA. Housing department officials have said that Maharashtra will follow the Centre's Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016, and is planning to publish the final rules this month so that the legislation can be implemented from May 1.
