1) No political Party in India has raised the issue of a week RERA ACT 2016, because these politicians are Real Estate Agents.
2) No Media has raised the issue of a week RERA ACT 2016, because Builders pay the salaries to the Media.

On 31 October 2014, Residents of five-storey Pitaram Complex in Narhe village, Pune had a narrow escape in the early hours of Friday, when the building collapsed killing a young software engineer who had alerted them to save their lives.
Residents said they had detected cracks on walls over the last few days. A resident said they raised the matter with the building supervisor on Thursday. But nobody thought the building would collapse as construction was hardly done over a year ago. The deceased, Sandeep Mohite (29), was a resident of 503, and stayed with his parents. His sister and brother-in-law lived in flat 504.
Sandeep’s father Dilip Mohite (57) said, “Sandeep noticed something like an earthquake around 3 am and raised an alarm. Soon, we rushed down and saw huge cracks on walls. My wife, son, daughter, son-in-law and I moved out. Sandeep went to the basement where we had parked our car and a motorbike. He was about to come out with the car when the building collapsed,” said Dilip.
“We never expected the building to collapse as it was constructed hardly a year ago. We shifted just three months back,” he added.
As of today with regards to the above building collapse nothing has happened to the corrupt Builder or the Government officials of Narhe area. Everything is India can be managed if you have money and power.
In Year 2017 Let us fight for strong RERA Act 2016!!
