Last year Saratoga Motorsports Park applied  for a rezoning to allow for the development of a campground and allow an existing lawfully non-conforming accessory auto racing use to occur as a principal use on the subject properties in the Saratoga Beach Settlement Node.

A public hearing was previously scheduled for April 2022 but cancelled at the Speedways request. They withdrew the application, however, the Board did not rescind first and second readings. The owners have now requested the public hearing proceed. Since the bylaw has first and second readings, it can proceed to public hearing if the Board chooses.
Alternatively, the Board can rescind first and second and deny the rezoning.

Back then I started a petition as there was a SMALL but very LOUD group that was against the rezoning and they made it seem that they spoke for all local neighbours.

We proved then that they were wrong as over 6100 people signed that petition.

Well I need your help again. To avoid any drama I decided to start a NEW petition since the previous one was over a year ago. 

Please help me show the CVRD that there are MUCH more people in favour then against. I want to crush the 6177 signatures from last time. Let’s do this, together we can get this done!
