Valerie Almanza did not assault or attack Meredith Powers. Meredith has repeatedly made comments toward the special needs and colored community. There was words shared before the fight and just because Meredith didn’t hit back doesn’t mean that Valerie attacked her. In the schools handbook it states the only way she could’ve gotten expelled unless there was assault against any school employee. There is video proof of valerie not hitting anyone who tried to stop the fight. I believe Valerie deserves to be reassessed and heard.
