We are happy to announce that we finally have a court date to remove the trademark from the generic herbal term, "Fire Cider"!

The trial will take place during the week of March 25, 2019, in Springfield, Massachusetts. 

The "Fire Cider 3" Nicole Telkes, Mary Blue and Kathi Langelier will be on trial for trademark infringement. Their petition to cancel the trademark and return it to generic status will also be heard during this trial. Rosemary Gladstar will be present at the trial as the star witness.
