Dear Shimano, at your request, effective the application of a software update on June 2nd to the Hammerhead Karoo, riders who utilized Di2 integration lost access to a small subset of features. The update removed on-screen battery status and shifter mode data, front and rear derailleur indications, and Karoo screen control via the Di2 hood buttons from Shimano Di2 drivetrains. This is hurting the industry as a whole but most importantly, it's hurting bike owners with Shimano drivetrains that also use the Hammerhead Karoo as a computer bike. 

It's in your power to change this and create a more open industry and allow Shimano followers to chose the computer bike they want.
