A male officer says he wants to put an AXE in a fishery assistant's face and he wants to use a hacksaw to remove a fishermen's face and send it to his mother. He meticulously calculates the number of minutes that it would take for the Scottish Police to arrive at their head office in Edinburgh. During this time it will take the Scottish police to arrived he will enter their head office with a concealed machete, clear security and then proceed to behead his senior management team and make his escape. He has wrecked his office after receiving bad news and demonstrated his violent behaviour on the fish pier by physically challenging a fishermen to a fight. These deranged comments and actions are very disturbing and alarming. This has been reported to the right people internally.   It is in the public's interest to know that a man with such violent tendencies is a cause of concern for the public's welfare and members of staff.  Will something be done or will they ignore what was reported?  They can't call this a lie.

For a decade a group of men set out to have DeeAnn Fitzpatrick dismissed for reporting a group of men for bullying, harassment, racism, misogyny, sexual harassment and physical harassment.  A lot of people stood by, witnessed this treatment and did nothing.  Either they were a coward or they were in fear for their job.  I would like to think that maybe they were in fear for their job because no decent man or woman would stand by and allow a man to spit on a woman, call her a wh//e or take pictures of her while she is terrified, gagged and taped to a chair.  I cannot see decent men and women laughing at this.  If someone saw this picture do you not think that they would have reported this right away no matter what?  No man or woman should have to go through bullying and harassment at their place of work.  You are being paid to do a job not to put up with abuse.  Some workers have harmed themselves, resigned, suffered nervous breakdowns, lost loved ones and suffered serious health issues as a result of being bullied by people within this organization.  It is time for it to stop!

When will they do right by DeeAnn Fitzpatrick?  We will not give up until they do.  It does not matter what language you speak, what colour your skin is or where you are from.  It does not give anyone the right to prejudice against you.  If you find yourself in this situation, speak to someone right away, contact your union, speak to your human resources department or a senior member of staff.  Don't keep their secret because the only one you are protecting is them.  Keep note of everything, the time, place and who was there.  Store the information somewhere safe.  Don't go this alone, get help right away.
