The fight for Justice for DJ just got a second wind! Janice Faltersack of the Saint Helens, Oregon DA office emailed her efforts to get the Oregon State Special Prosecutor for animal abuse Jacob Kamins to take over the case against George Bainbridge to prosecute him for the brutal murder of DJ was successful. There is an hearing on Monday March 20th where Mr. Kamins will be re-filing the charges against Mr. Bainbridge. Please take a moment to encourage Mr. Kamins not to be as lackadaisical as past prosecutors and to fully prosecute Mr. Bainbridge in a professional, prepared and concentrated manner as to attain a felony conviction for animal cruelty and not allow Mr. Bainbridge to yet again escape with a slap on the wrist misdemeanor.
