On Tuesday, I went to the MIDDLE DISTRICT COURT, THE FEDERAL DISTRICT COURT! and filed an emergency habeas corpus petition and TRO, TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, for Zamirah Morton, my daughter, who is currently illegally jailed in York County, PA.
Other families were turned away. But within 45 minutes, the federal clerk told me, “They opened your case. She has a case file number and she’s is assigned a district judge.” 

That doesn’t happen unless the court sees a real, immediate threat to liberty!!!  Zamirah has no lawful warrant, no detainer, and no charges pending that justify her detention!!!!!

THEE VERY PERSON, who falsified her charges and started this, is NOW DEFENDING the WARDEN in her FEDERAL case.

Now, they’re trying to push her to trial before the federal court can act, her trial term began August 11, knowing that now the AG’s office has 15 days to respond.

On August 7, in open court, a Judge Vedder, a judge that shes NEVER been in front of, cut her off as she said your honor respectfully may I say something!! Before she got ‘something’ out he said no you may not. And barred her from using her power of attorney, her only lifeline to speak out and defend herself.

Zamirah is being silenced and fast-tracked for trial while the federal court is still trying to intervene.

This is state retaliation, abuse of Target 25, and a cover-up involving the current Attorney General.
