Shawn Mendes will bring Alessia Cara (who have yet to ever perform in Seattle) as an opening act in the first two legs of the 2019 tour. Unfortunately, the North American dates has scheduled to expand into the Labor Day Weekend, which means he won't be able to perform at the Bumbershoot festival, so the only the way to get the Seattle date is to have him play at the T-Mobile Park on September 20-22.
