Following the launch of this petition in June, I met Sharon Kemp, RMBC Chief Executive, on 26 July for more than two hours. I offered to withdraw my requests to the ICO (Information Commissioner’s Office) asking them to investigate RMBC for failure to provide requested information on 16.9.15 (yes more than two years ago) if Sharon agreed to insist that officers tell me the truth. Sharon declined my offer and said she would prefer the ICO to deal with it first ...
