We the undersigned call on the RMBC Strategic Director of Adult Care to provide a “meaningful consultation” with adult survivors of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) … to ensure victims and survivors receive timely and confidential support. There is a desperate need for a “meaningful consultation” with adult survivors of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) … to ensure victims and survivors receive timely and confidential support. There is a request for 20 adult survivors of CSE and their family members (who live, work or study in Rotherham Borough) to sign this petition. We hope that an adult survivor of CSE will then address the petition at a Council meeting. We have been informed that if 20 sign this petition by 30 September 2017, then the petition will be listened to for five minutes near the beginning of the Rotherham Council Meeting that starts at 2 pm on Wednesday 20 October 2017.
